How to delete your account
Step-by-step instructions for deleting your WorkFlex360 account directly in the app.
Delete your account inside the app
You can delete your WorkFlex360 account at any time directly from within the app. Please follow these steps:
- Open the WorkFlex360 app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open the side navigation menu and tap the "User Profile" menu item.
- On the "User Profile" screen, scroll down until you see the "Remove Account" button.
- Tap "Remove Account" and confirm the security prompt to complete the deletion of your account.
After you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion and access to the app with this account is removed.
What happens to your data?
When you delete your account, your profile data and login credentials are removed from our production systems. Certain information (for example, time records required for invoicing or legal retention) may be stored for a limited period as required by law. In these cases, the data is only kept for this purpose and is no longer used for any other purpose (such as marketing).
Important: After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with this account and the process cannot be reversed.
If you no longer have access to the app
If you do not have access to the app or to the email address linked to your account, you can send us a deletion request by email:
Please send a message to hello@workflex360.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the details we need to clearly identify your account (for example, registered email address, company name).
We will review your request manually and confirm the deletion as soon as possible.
